10/10 services. Been today for first time and best services ever. Really impressed couldn't recommend enough. Been going to a different shop for over 3 years and very disappointed after the experience I've received from these guys today. Will definitely return.

Had trouble with an Ecig i bought and went back and told them, the manager was so nice changed me the item and gave me my NHS discount, just wanted to say thank you so much.

Brilliant service, they don't try and over sell products always very helpful. They will always do their best to make sure you leave the shop happy, would recommend this vape shop for their excellent customer service.

Can't recommend enough, my go-to shop for all vaping needs. Great prices, large choice of liquids, mods, tanks and accessories. Best customer service I've seen, super positive attitude and no hard sells. No trouble is too big, and really looks after their customers, keep up the excellent work!

Myself and my husband can't recommend this shop and its staff enough. I bought an Ecig that after a month stopped working I had lost the receipt and threw the box yet they not only replaced it free of chanre but lent me a battery to use whilst stock came in. My husband wanted a particular juice and they ordered it in for him with no bother. We would not shop any where else now.
